Facilities Request

Terms of Agreement:

Facilities Requests can be made for church-related events.

For small or single-room event requests, please give a two-week advance notice. For large-scale events with multiple room requests, please give a one-month advance notice. With all the requests that come in, priority will always be for our church-wide, large-scale events-those that involve the majority of our church.

After reviewing this request, Pastor Amanda or Pastor Bruce will contact you by phone or email to let you know whether the request can be fulfilled by our Facilities Director or Facilities Team.

Currently, we are not taking facility requests for personal, non-church-related activities. If you are looking to request a room in the church for a personal event, please contact Trena Anderson at trena@tgpcares.com.
